2007 Senate Bill 6010: Concerning the issuance of hydraulic project permits for activities in aquatic reserves.

To clarify local hydraulic project permit procedures in aquatic reserve areas. The bill requires hydraulic permits with concurrence from the Department of Natural Resources, and the county or city having land use jurisdiction, where the activities are located within an aquatic reserve. The bill applies to any permit application pending on or after January 1, 2007 and any renewal of a permit on or after January 1, 2007. See companion HB 2250.   Official Text and Analysis.
