2007 Senate Bill 5810: Extending the current use property tax program for open space land to conserve wildlife habitat.

To amend the law and allow open space landowners a tax incentive if they own land that contains wildlife habitat. The bill also states that county legislative authorities may not impose a processing fee when the owner of farm and agricultural land is classified as containing wildlife habitat.   Official Text and Analysis.
