2007 Senate Bill 5808: Educating the public on requirements for securing vehicle loads on public highways.

To create a public awareness program for securing vehicle loads on the road. The bill requires the Traffic Safety Commission to implement a campaign to educate drivers on securing vehicle loads on public highways.
