Introduced by Sen. Linda Evans Parlette, (R-Wenatchee) (R) on January 31, 2007, to modify and enhance health insurance requirements for small businesses. The bill encourages the use of subsidies through the small business health insurance partnership program. The bill would also authorize this modification by July 1, 2007.
