2007 Senate Bill 5630: Clarifying how cities, towns, counties, public corporations, and port districts may participate in the federal new markets tax credit program.

To allow all cities, towns, counties, public corporations, and port districts to create partnerships and limited liability companies. The bill also allows them to enter into agreements with public or private entities to implement the federal new markets tax credit program established by the community renewal tax relief act of 2000.
