2007 Senate Bill 5609: Modifying health care eligibility provisions for part-time academic employees of community and technical colleges.

To amend current health care eligibility requirements for part-time technical college employees. The bill shortens the eligibility requirements in health care coverage for part-time technical college employees, from four to three quarters or three to two quarters, depending on certain related qualifications.
