2007 Senate Bill 5554: Concerning self-service storage facilities.

To modify the rules regarding selling property from self-service storage facilities. The bill makes some definitional changes. The bill also requires that proceeds from a sale of property in a storage facility must first be applied to fees for the sale, then liens or owed rent and other charges for the storage facility.   Official Text and Analysis.
