2007 Senate Bill 5472: Establishing a pilot program for family counseling.

To require the Department of Health to establish a pilot program to provide merit checks of no more than $100 to no more than four hundred fifty couples who complete a family preparation course. The bill also allocate $45,000 to the DOH to implement the program.   Official Text and Analysis.
