2007 Senate Bill 5450: Allowing students whose individualized education program continues beyond high school to participate in high school graduation ceremonies.

To require school districts to allow students with an individualized education program that continues beyond the traditional four years of high school, to graduate with their class. The student will not receive a diploma until completion of the program. The bill also contains an emergency clause, which requires the bill to take effect immediately.   Official Text and Analysis.
