2007 Senate Bill 5405: Providing procedures for judicial orders concerning distraint of personal property.

To define how judicial orders for the taking of personal property are carried out. The bill allows the sheriff to publicly demand the property and take delivery. If the property is hidden, the sheriff has the authority to break open the building or enclosure that contains the property.   Official Text and Analysis.
