2007 Senate Bill 5386: Modifying the business and occupation taxation of environmental remediation services and requiring a report to the legislature.

To modify the B&O taxation of environmental remediation services. Upon every person engaging within this state in the business of environmental remedial action, the amount of tax shall be equal to the value of the gross income of the business multiplied by the rate of 0.471 percent.
