2007 Senate Bill 5363: Adding speed violations on arterial highways to the traffic safety camera law.

To amend state law regarding traffic safety cameras. In 2005, Legislature allowed local governments the authority to use traffic safety cameras. The 2005 law allowed the cameras to be used to capture vehicle information for stoplight, railroad crossing, and school speed zone violations. This bill would allow cameras to also be used for speeding violations on arterial highways.   Official Text and Analysis.
