2007 Senate Bill 5361: Providing for the live performance of Taps at veterans' funerals.

To allow a live performance of the song “Taps” at a veteran’s funeral. The performance would be conducted by a qualified trumpeter, as determined by the Washington State Arts Commission, at no cost to the veteran. The Department of Veterans Affairs would pay a fee of $100 per performance.   Official Text and Analysis.
