2007 Senate Bill 5316: Changing provisions relating to day-care insurance.

To clarify when the Department of Social and Health Services may take action against a day-care facility. The clarification would allow the department to take necessary action if a licensee fails to obtain liability insurance for the facility.   Official Text and Analysis.
