2007 Senate Bill 5051: Creating a scholar's designation for high school transcripts.

To create a separate scholar’s designation for high school transcripts. Beginning with the 2008 graduating class, students that score exceptionally high on the Washington Assessment of Student Learning (WASL) would receive a special designation on their high school transcripts. Only scores from a student’s first attempt of the tenth grade exam would qualify for the scholar’s designation.   Official Text and Analysis.
