2007 House Joint Resolution 4209: Eliminating the mandatory retirement age for judges.

To eliminate the mandatory retirement age provisions for court justices within the state constitution. Currently, the constitution calls for state Supreme and Superior Court justices to retire at the age of 75. This resolution would amend the state Constitution if approved by two-thirds of the Legislature and a majority of the voters in the next general election.
