2007 House Bill 2215: Increasing penalties for gang-related offenses.

To change sentencing penalties for gang-related crimes. The bill amends the law by revising the sentence range and includes a new calculation of the offender score, the seriousness of the crime and then multiplies the range by seventy-five percent. The bill also requires courts of law to make a finding of fact, if allegations of gang-related crimes are involved, among other related items. See Companion Bill 5987.   Official Text and Analysis.
