2007 House Bill 2093: Accommodating projected urban growth in large counties by wage decile.

To require that urban growth accommodations must include zoning regulations that conform to the estimated wages of the residents expected to comprise the growth. Zoning regulations must take into account projected growth, be divided by wage decile, and include an evaluation component measuring the effectiveness of the regulations in increasing the availability of affordable housing.   Official Text and Analysis.
