2007 House Bill 1722: Clarifying the authority of physician assistants to execute certain certificates and other forms for labor and industries.

To clarify in state law what was adopted by rule by the Department of Health. The rule stated that a physician assistant may sign and attest to any document that might ordinarily be signed by the supervising physician and that is consistent with the terms of the practice arrangement plan.   Official Text and Analysis.
