2007 House Bill 1709: Establishing requirements for industrial insurance final settlement agreements.

To allow parties of an industrial insurance claim to enter into a final settlement agreement at any time once the worker has reached maximum medical improvement. All final settlement agreements would require approval by the board of industrial insurance appeals. See companion SB 5679.   Official Text and Analysis.
