2007 House Bill 1651: Creating the boating activities program.

To establish a boating activities program administered with the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation. The bill creates a boating activities account with the state treasury from watercraft excise tax revenues. The funds from these revenues are spent only after appropriation.
