2007 House Bill 1635: Studying water conservation development strategies in rural areas.

To add a section of the law to study how water conservation in rural areas can use innovative development planning. The bill authorizes the Department of Ecology and the Cascade Land Conservancy to assess and analyze sustainable water management issues associated with the rural village concept. The bill also appropriates five hundred thousand dollars for the study ending in June 2009.   Official Text and Analysis.
