2007 House Bill 1628: Requiring resident notification of proposed housing developments.

To require all cities and towns, code cities and counties to notify all residents in person or by mail on certain proposed land-use actions. The bill requires enhanced notification if nearby residents live within five hundred feet of a boundary line where a proposed change of land-use will occur and where the proposed change would result in residential occupancy five or more units.   Official Text and Analysis.
