2007 House Bill 1602: Providing for the enrollment of foster parents in the Washington basic health plan.

To make it easier for foster parents to enroll in the State’s basic health plan. Premiums due for foster parents with gross family income up to 200% of the federal poverty level shall be set at the minimum premium amount charged to enrollees with income below 65% of the federal poverty level. Premiums due for foster parents with gross family income greater than 200% of the federal poverty level shall not exceed $100 per month.   Official Text and Analysis.
