To establish a tax credit for retail motor vehicle fuel stations that purchase alternative power generation devices used to support emergency preparedness. The tax credit adds a new section to RCW chapter 82.04. The bill provides a credit for fuel station purchasers to be fifty percent of the cost of the alternative power generation device or fifteen thousand dollars, whichever is less.
