2007 House Bill 1522: Removing the mandatory retirement age for judges.

To eliminate the mandatory retirement age provisions for court justices. Currently, state Supreme and Superior Court justices are required to retire at the age of 75. This bill would also require passage of a resolution amending the state constitution. See companion HJR 4209.   Official Text and Analysis.
