2007 House Bill 1465: Establishing a pilot program to provide consultation services for early learning and child care programs.

To establish the “Growing Skills for Kids” pilot program. The purpose of the program would be to promote the integration into early care and learning settings of research-based and promising practices for responding to infants and young children with challenging behaviors.
