To make changes to child care safety standards by providing tools to promote the hiring of suitable child care providers. The bill would also authorize the Department of Early Learning to make available on the internet all inspection reports and notices of enforcement actions involving child day-care centers and family day-care providers. The department would also be required to notify the parents of an alleged victim of sexual misconduct or abuse at the first opportunity, but no later than 48 hours.
