2007 House Bill 1418: Protecting consumers from the keeping of dangerous wild animals.

To prohibit the purchase, possession, or ownership of dangerous wild animals as defined in the bill. Individuals owning dangerous wild animals before the bill’s effective date would be allowed to keep the animal for the duration of the animal’s life. A person would face a fine between $200 and $2,000 per day for each violation..   Official Text and Analysis.
