2007 House Bill 1407: Funding the administration of Title 50 RCW, unemployment compensation.

To require that accrued interest on unpaid fines should be used only for the administration of the Employment Security Department. The bill also requires that any money collected beyond the amount that would have been collected can be used only for the administration of the Employment Security Department.
