To require that accrued interest on unpaid fines should be used only for the administration of the Employment Security Department. The bill also requires that any money collected beyond the amount that would have been collected can be used only for the administration of the Employment Security Department. See companion SB 5230. redundant language describing permissible uses of various existing moneys.
