2007 House Bill 1376: Providing a sales and use tax exemption for the nonhighway use of propane by farmers.

To exempt the sale of propane from the state sales and use tax. The bill adds propane to the list of fuels exempt from the tax to farmers who use it for non-highway purposes. Other fuels that are currently exempt include diesel and aircraft fuel. See companion SB 5077.   Official Text and Analysis.
