2007 House Bill 1331: Changing veterinary technician credentialing to licensure.

To require veterinary technicians to obtain a state license. The bill defines the criteria from which a veterinary technician would be eligible to receive a license. The bill also adds one member to the State Veterinary Board. The new member must be a licensed veterinary technician.   Official Text and Analysis.
