2007 House Bill 1153: Providing restrictions for the use of wireless communication devices by holders of instruction permits and intermediate licenses.

To prohibit holders of driver instruction permits or intermediate licenses from using a cell phone wireless communication device while driving. This will be a primary infraction for which a law enforcement officer need not suspect some other offense. Exceptions are provided for reporting an emergency or illegal activity, or to prevent injury to another person or property.   Official Text and Analysis.
