2007 House Bill 1078: Creating the crime of unlawfully hunting upon the property of another.
Introduced by Rep. Joel Kretz (Ferry) (R) on January 10, 2007
To create a new crime of “Hunting on the Property of Another.” A person guilty of this crime must knowingly enter someone else’s property for hunting purposes. Violators would be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail or a fine no more than $1,000, or both. See companion SB 5129.   Official Text and Analysis.
