2007 House Bill 1053: Increasing the availability of alternative fuels at retail fuel stations.

To prohibit gas refiners-suppliers from threatening, harassing, or coercing gas station owners who wish to purchase alternative fuels from another supplier. The bill would preempt any contractual provision that discourages, limits, or prohibits a gas station owner from purchasing alternative fuels from another supplier when not available through their own supplier.   Official Text and Analysis.
