2006 Senate Bill 6757: Reducing taxes imposed on the provision of physical fitness services

To levy a Business and Occupation (B&O) tax of 0.138% on every person engaging within this state in the business of providing physical fitness services. The bill removes physical fitness services from the current B&O tax on personal services. Essentially, the bill lowers the tax rate on physical fitness services.
