2006 Senate Bill 6712: B&O tax exemption based on small business training
Introduced by Sen. Tracey Eide, (D-Federal Way) (D) on January 19, 2006
To exempt small businesses whose owners have at least 25 hours of entrepreneurial training and applied that training to the small business from the Business and Occupation tax. To be eligible, the gross income must be less than $60,000 for 12 consecutive months.   Official Text and Analysis.
