2006 House Bill 2562: Malt beverages

To regulate malt beverages containing 6% or less alcohol by volume to which flavoring or other added nonbeverage ingredients are added that contain distilled spirits of not more than 49 percent of the beverage's overall alcohol content. See companion 6538.   Official Text and Analysis.
