2005 House Bill 1225: Regulating medical malpractice liability insurance policies

To require insurance providers to send a written notice of cancellation of medical malpractice liability insurance, accompanied by the actual reason for cancellation. The written notice must be delivered or mailed to the named insured not less than ninety days prior to the effective date of the cancellation.   Official Text and Analysis.
