2006 Senate Bill 6755: Collective bargaining agreements for state employees

To prohibit collective bargaining agreements from including union security provisions requiring an agency shop fee as a condition of employment. Collective bargaining agreements may not include any other fees as a condition of employment.   Official Text and Analysis.
