Nonsubstantive updates and realignments of the statutoryresponsibilities of the office of financial management are added. Creation of office of financial management central serviceaccount is removed. Adds that the bargaining rights and representation of transferredemployees within the DES remains the same until modified by thePublic Employment Relations Commission pursuant to a petition filedunder Title 391 WAC.
