To allow motorcycles to display a special license plate by changing statutory language from “passenger” vehicles to “motor” vehicles that are required to display one or two plates. Requires the Department of Licensing to issue special license plates to motorcycles, such as the Purple Heart, Pearl Harbor Survivor, etc. The bill also clarifies that commercial vehicles may not use the special plates.
