Eliminates a $1.816 billion appropriation in the Office of Financial Management for expenditure into the Washington Rescue Plan Transition account, eliminates a State Treasurer's transfer of $155 million General Fund-State to the Washington Rescue Plan Transition Account, and removes provisions creating the Washington Rescue Plan Transition Account.
