To authorize $150 million of general obligation bonds for the following purposes: $100 million for the repair of unstable slopes that threaten state highways; $50 million for construction, reconstruction, or repair of any state highway made necessary by slides, storm damage, or repair of any other unexpected or unusual causes.   Official Text and Analysis.
