Amends the exemption to the definition of "domestic worker" to provide that a family member providing services to another family member who is sick, convalescing, elderly, or disabled, is not a domestic worker if the person is providing services for fewer than 25 hours per week, rather than 15 hours person week.

Removes one of the criteria in the bill for when a domestic worker is not entitled to rights under the Washington Law Against Discrimination (the criteria removed is the provision regarding when a hiring entity informs a domestic worker that there is reason to believe the person receiving care has documented behavioral conditions that will result in discrimination and abusive conduct).
