Authorizes the Office of Public Guardianship (OPG) to develop and adopt a case-weighting system for guardianship cases. Allows the OPG to increase the standard caseload limit of a certified professional guardian contracted by the OPG from 20 cases to up to 36 cases in certain instances. Requires the OPG to maintain eligibility criteria for service provision. Removes obsolete language.
