DirectstheOICtoaddlanguageinlargefontontherelease consumers use when filing complaints indicating their personal health information may be shared for investigative purposes outlined in subsection (3). Consumers shall have an opportunity to opt out at the time of filing their complaint, indicating their personal health information may not be shared.
