2003 Senate Bill 5030
Introduced by Sen. Bob Morton, (R - Kettle Falls) (R) on January 13, 2003
To nullify some agency authority relating to civil forfeiture of property used for fish and wildlife code violations. This bill moves the agency rule authority to the judicial and legislative branches of government.   Official Text and Analysis.
Referred to the Senate Parks, Fish and Wildlife Committee on January 13, 2003
But the bill did not receive a hearing by the cutoff date so it is considered a “dead bill” (although technically the bill could become active at any time during the 2003-2004 session).
