Rovides and clarifies that, among other priorities, a county that acquires a facility using funds from the local sales and use tax for housing and related services must provide the opportunity for, but not ensure that, 15 percent of units in that facility be provided to individuals who live in or near the city, or have ties to the community, in which the facility is located.
