Modifies the definition of adjuster for property and casualty insurance. Allows the Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) to establish minimum continuing education requirements for adjusters. Requires nonresident independent insurance adjusters operating in the state to register as emergency adjusters with the OIC.
